Context

A group of represented creators were being booked individually but not packaged. Brand-side buyers wanted curated rosters and one point of contact.

Brief

Build a single buyer interface — one brief in, a shortlist of represented creators out — and the production capacity to deliver the resulting shoots. The pilot ran for one quarter.

Approach

  1. 01Defined six creator archetypes and matched them to a published roster.
  2. 02Built a single intake form for brand-side buyers and a 72-hour shortlist commitment.
  3. 03Set up the production team for in-house shoots in Geneva, Milan, and Lisbon.
  4. 04Operated the pipeline through the pilot quarter; renewed on month four.
