How we work together

Every relationship begins with a meeting and a written agreement. Revenue share is fixed in writing at signing. Terms are transparent. We do not take ownership of your name, your social handles, or your contracts elsewhere.
Bookings, content licensing, and platform revenue are tracked separately and visible to you in a shared monthly statement. Payouts are processed on the fifteenth of each month. Either party can give ninety days' notice and exit the agreement.
We sign for fit, not volume. Our roster is small enough that no signing is forgotten, and senior enough that every signing has a senior point of contact from day one.

What people usually ask.
For most signings, no. We work non-exclusively on bookings and exclusively on the content we produce for you. Full exclusivity is reserved for senior placements and is always negotiated, never assumed.
We sign internationally. Most of our active roster is European, with established working relationships in the United States and a smaller presence in Latin America. Geography is not a filter.
