Privacy, terms, and the rest of it.

Synthia operates from Geneva, Switzerland, and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. The text below is provided in good faith and will be replaced by the version of record once it has been reviewed by counsel.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and operate the site. The categories are: contact details voluntarily provided in our forms, server logs strictly necessary for security and reliability, and aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

Data submitted via forms is processed by Synthia in Geneva and by Resend, Inc. (transactional email). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to handle the inquiry.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to legal@synthia.agency. We act on verified requests within thirty days.
